I offer both one to one and group Pilates training sessions in the comfort of your own home and at the Pilates Advanced Training School.

I will teach you how to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles using Pilates principles and a wide range of exercises devised by Joseph Pilates. Your training sessions may be mat or equipment based, or both, and you will also learn to work with a various pieces of small equipment – including dynabands, magic circles, balls, foam rollers, free weights and many more – to add further challenges or support to your workouts.

I specialise in Pilates rehabilitation work for those who have, or who have had, injuries. Pilates offers a comprehensive range of exercises suitable for pre- and post-surgery clients, and this area of my work has proved beneficial to individuals trying to regain lost strength or ability and to accelerate recovery.

I also train sport-specific clients, both professional and amateur. Golfers, tennis players, footballers and martial arts exponents are among many I have helped to improve their game through the practice of Pilates.
